04 / THE STACK
One stack, four layers.
Agencity is the underlying distribution stack that carries frontier technology into the world's growth markets, vertically deep in every channel, horizontally spread across sectors. The stack is not a list of engagements. It is standing infrastructure: operators, partnerships, and relationships that any number of companies can run through.
Industry
Manufacturing and factory clusters across Gujarat's MSME belt and India's industrial corridors; real-estate and construction groups; maritime and port access, including Singapore's port-innovation ecosystem. The physical surfaces frontier technology has to land on, and the hardest channels to build from the outside.
RUNNING THROUGH IT NOW
Zapdos Labs: factory computer vision into Indian manufacturing
A US industrial computer-vision company came to us for what it could not do alone: deployment into Indian factories. A paid pilot is running now in a Gujarat CNC factory against a written performance metric, with Agencity as prime and a defined path from pilot to a lasting India presence.
The manufacturing partner network
Through our partnership with Zeroone AI Ventures, we hold working access to factory clusters across Gujarat's MSME manufacturing belt, the deployment surface for industrial-AI companies entering India. Pilot deployments are live.
Mussel Polymers: the India entry
Series A investors. We are in active conversations to bring Mussel into India through the firm's channels, beginning with the pool-coating and water-feature repair vertical routed through our real-estate relationships, with ports, marine infrastructure, and construction stock as the larger market beyond.
Building our own: maritime
Agencity also builds companies where distribution is the whole game. The first is a maritime venture entering Singapore through a national port-innovation programme, the firm's highest-ownership expression of its own thesis.
Enterprise
IT and technology-services firms with reach into enterprises, retail operations, and small and medium businesses across India: the distribution rails for software and AI products in markets where direct sales does not scale.
RUNNING THROUGH IT NOW
AI infrastructure for retail and small business
Through an IT-services partner, we deploy AI infrastructure into retail operations and small and medium businesses across India: ground-level learning on how AI actually gets adopted outside the enterprise, in confidence.
Institutions
Healthcare institutions, academia and schools, and government and public programmes across India, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia: the channels where credibility is earned slowly, and compounds for every company that follows.
RUNNING THROUGH IT NOW
CLD-9: the growth engine across three regions
Beyond investing early and running the company's $2M fundraise end to end, the firm operates CLD-9's entire growth funnel through a team it built and runs across India and the US, with commercial deals closed in both markets and the Gulf opened through our operators in Abu Dhabi.
OpenSwarm: a US company into Indian campuses, no India team
We run India growth for OpenSwarm, a developer-AI company backed by Entrepreneurs First, through a paid pilot on our campus network. The flagship: the OpenSwarm Build Jam (July 2026, Bangalore), with 2,000+ participants traveling in from across India. Next: a hackathon at UC San Diego, and a full campus-ambassador program across India.
Capital
The family-business and capital networks that anchor each market, across India and the Gulf: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Doha. Family-office interest now reaches Europe, Canada, and Africa, alongside an advisor circle of prominent technology founders and general partners at leading Silicon Valley venture firms. The layer that turns deployments into partnerships, and partnerships into rounds.
RUNNING THROUGH IT NOW
Where capital meets deployment
Family-business relationships anchor our India channels, Gulf relationships run through Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Doha, and family offices across Europe, Canada, and Africa are engaged with the firm.
How an engagement is structured (fit first, one owned bottleneck, written economics, measured outcomes) is on Working With Us.
